NGK Iridium - Die Hochleistungs-Zündkerze von Niterra
Die Hochleistungs-Zündkerze Iridium IX wurde von Niterra speziell für Motorräder entwickelt und bietet ein optimiertes Startverhalten, eine bessere Laufruhe, direkte Gasannahme und eine längere Lebensdauer.

Insbesondere zeichnet sich die Iridium IX Zündkerze durch die lasergeschweißte Iridium-Mittelelektrode aus. Im Motorsport wie im täglichen Einsatz garantiert das Hightech-Metall Iridium abasolute Spitzenleistung. Darum verbauen immer mehr Hersteller Iridium-Zündkerzen in der Serie.
Optimales Startverhalten
Die lasergeschweißte Iridium-Mittelelektrode hat einen Durchmesser von nur 0,6 mm. Das hält den Zündspannungsfunken niedrig und sorgt für einen kraftvollen Zündfunken.
Kein Verrußen
Ein speziell entwickelter Ringspalt verhindert die Ablagerung von Rußpartikeln und vermeidet so ein Abfließen der Zündspannung. Das ist insbesondere vorteilhaft bei häufigem Stop-and-Go-Verkehr.
Weniger Fehlzündungen
Bei Standard-Zündkerzen vergrößert sich mit der Zeit der Abstand zwischen den Elektroden. Die Qualität der Zündung wird beeinträchtigt und es entstehen Fehlzündungen. Bei Iridium-Zündkerzen bleibt der Elektrodenabstand über die gesamte Lebensdauer nahezu konstant.
Direkte Gasannahme
Der geringe Elektrodendurchmesser und die angeschrägte Masseelektrode verbessern die Entflammung des Luft-Kraftstoff-Gemischs. Damit läuft der Motor absolut rund und das Motorrad beschleunigt spontaner.
Lange Lebensdauer
Die Iridium IX Zündkerze hält in der Regel doppelt so lange wie eine Standard-Zündkerze. Sie ist die fortschrittlichste Zündkerze auf dem Markt und spart durch ihre Langlebigkeit sogar Geld und Ein- und Ausbauzeit. - Applikationen
